Activate Orvanta QBD Gateway offline

For a computer without internet. You get a license file to copy to it and import in Gateway Admin.

Then, on the QuickBooks computer

  1. Copy the downloaded orvanta-license.json to it (USB stick or network share).
  2. Open Gateway Admin → License → Import license file… and choose the file.
  3. The Gateway picks it up within 15 seconds. No restart needed.

Renewing a subscription offline? Download a new file here after each renewal and import it the same way.
